21. Bothrops Asper

Also known as Terciopelo, the bothrops asper is commonly found in southern Mexico to the northern parts of South America. They often move very fast, and are sometimes referred to as the “Ultimate pit viper”. The bothrops asper is also considered very dangerous mostly among humans, as it inhabits places where humans are nearby.
